Holland Can Do The Dirty!
I watched Holland demolish France last night and it was fun. I just like it when one of the smaller nations does well in sport. Holland is obviously a lot smaller in terms of resources than Germany, France, Spain or Italy.
I may not have put a political bet on last night, but I have had a small investment in Holland winning Euro 2008. I got odds of 5.3 and this morning they’re down to 4.9. So I got in early.
Now, Holland just have to play Romania in their group and Italy must play France.
Would it be legitimate for the Dutch to not try a yard and allow Romania to win? That way they would knock both Italy and France out of the tournament and they’d still top their group.
